We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.

We do not accept or carry cash.
What services aren’t available?
We do not offer immunizations, procedures, or specialized exams, such as well-woman examinations; however, we can refer you to specialists who provide these services. Additionally, we are unable to prescribe controlled medications or narcotics, and we do not manage emergency cases. For urgent or emergency situations, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room (ER).

What is needed prior to my appointment?
As a new patient, we will need to gather demographic information and required documents to create your profile before scheduling your appointment.
How can I save money on medications if I don’t have insurance?
We suggest our patients download the GoodRX app or search GoodRX to obtain coupons for each prescribed medication. GoodRX allows you to explore pharmacy prices in your area to determine the best price.
How will I get a radiology test?
Depending on the imaging study ordered, you may choose to have it performed at a local radiology center of your choice or our partner radiology company can conduct the study in the comfort of your home.
How will I get lab work completed?
You may visit a local LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics to complete your lab orders. Alternatively, our partner mobile lab company can come to your home for convenient testing.
