You will be directed to download an application, Spruce. Once you have downloaded the app, you’ll need to provide a copy of your identification card, insurance card (if applicable), medical records, and complete some forms.
We suggest our patients download the GoodRX app or search GoodRX to obtain coupons for each prescribed medication. GoodRX allows you to explore pharmacy prices in your area to determine the best price.
Depending on the specific imaging study ordered, our partner radiology company can come to your home. Other studies must be obtained at a local radiology center.
Our partner mobile lab company can obtain blood work. Depending on your insurance plan, you may also go to a local Labcorp or Quest for lab draws.
We get lab and radiology results usually within 72 hours.
We ask that you give at least a 24-hour notice before cancelling the televisit or house call visit.
You pay in full after services have been rendered. There are no payment plans.
We do not accept or carry cash.
We don’t offer preventive care services such as physical examinations and immunizations. Nor do we perform delicate exams such as well-woman exams or genitourinary and rectal examinations. We also cannot prescribe any controlled medications or narcotics, and we do not treat limb or life-threatening emergencies. Please call 911.
